Description
A facilitated workshop using a modified “Wideband DELPHI” procedure to estimate project characteristics such as effort, resource needs, duration, cost and critical computer resources. Suitable for a wide range of projects. Participants will learn to use a repeatable process to capitalises on existing expertise, and technical and business knowledge. Does not require the use of “parametric models” and hence complements results produced using such models
