Use this team workshop at any time during a project to identify threats to your project and agree what to do to ensure success
Description
To identify the threats to the successful fulfilment of your project’s requirements, use this workshop format. For groups of from 2 to 12 people plus an ‘independent facilitator’ to run the process and encourage participation. Such a workshop can be initiated at any time but is particularly useful when a new project stage or iteration is started and at major milestones. Keep a Risk & Issues Register to record the results and to help track threats and counter-measures until they are resolved.
