Description
This workshop examines the intimate relationship between business requirements and opportunity and the risk of project failure. It introduces participants to the techniques that can guarantee a successful delivery of the products and services expected, on time and within budget. During the workshop participants consider why risk management should be of central concern, the benefits and costs, how threats can be avoided or mitigated, how risk can be transferred and accepted, and how risk management can be integrated with project management.
