Description
A practical course aimed at individuals and groups who aim to establish and maintain a Balanced IT Scorecard. This workshop explores the various dimensions of a comprehensive BITS, using stakeholder analysis and the GQ[I]M technique to derive a draft design to suit the client’s requirements. Participants will consider the processes for connecting the BITS to the business, via data collection and analysis and presentation techniques.
